APRAŠYMAS

On a sloped site hidden between pine trees this two bedroom residential villa was created. With almost fully glazed facade perimeter, inner seen through courtyard and symmetrical composition. This project has minimal expression and is open to the surrounding – architecture lets the forest in and open lake panorama. The terrace is planed on different levels thus creating separate functional zones and private for the bedrooms next to it. Fasade uses charred wood, combined with frameless windows and black slate tiles. All the trees next to the house are preserved and incorpotated into the architecture of this project.
