ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

• Individual session held together with the client in order to create the design task

• Site visit

• Concept development – functional diagram, 3D model and photorealistic renderings or animation

TECHNICAL PROJECT

• Architectural part – preparation of architectural drawings required for building permit and construction

• Site plan part – preparation of landscape design documentation for building permit and construction

• Project management – communication with engineers during the design process

• Documentation and building permit – preparation of architectural documentation in order to get a building permit

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION

• Project supervision during the building process – communication with head contractors as well as product suppliers

• On-site consultation (up to 2 times per month)
